A trip to Champagne Country with our Lifestyle Editor, Galina Sobolev

My recent visit to Reims, France was a very memorable stay at Les Crayeres was filled with excitement and great anticipation.

The experience did not disappoint, in fact it left me feeling like I wanted to go back there for yet more unprecedented lifetime experiences.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with utmost  warmth, impeccable hospitality and beautiful weather. The Reception process felt like I was attending a luxury event, greeted with etiquette, seamless process & and chilled Champagne in the courtyard.  Something out of a storybook romance novel to say the least.

Our Stunning Suite in the main Chateau was truly fit for Royalty, with sweeping views of the gardens from our balcony .

It was large and sumptuous , beautifully appointed with Luxurious treats, the softest bedding, and more chilled champagne on the table with macarons & chocolates!

The luxury amenities of this particular property were truly above and beyond any imagination, right down to the very soft and cushioned slippers that were left for us next to our enormous king size bed to slip into every night. The Complimentary water in the Rooms is served in Crystal Decanters and we poured it into beautiful crystal glassware.

The property itself is located in the heart of Reims, France within walking distance to all the famous Champagne houses such as Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Pommery vineyards, which did not disappoint.

The staff at the Chateau was absolutely impeccable and friendly , with wonderful suggestions for fun experiences & restaurants in the local area.

The Breakfast was beyond any imagination served with silverware fit for royals and  croissants that smelled like the most delicious French bakery.

The most incredible dining experience was of course the second evening of our stay, and that was at Le Parc Restaurant. I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight my dining experience at this 2 Michelin Star gem.

The restaurant, the staff and the food itself were all beyond reproach.

Flawless, breathtaking experience that left my tastebuds filled with joy and excitement!

Every bite of every dish right down to the dessert was absolutely exquisite.

The artistic precision & presentation of each dish was incredible, and of course the wine list was exceptional!

Overall, this trip to Le Domaine Les Crayères left me feeling like a princess in the gardens of delight.

We loved every moment that I spent there and can’t wait to return for more magical experiences.
